More for May(hopefully)
Man, I can’t believe it’s May already! I’m gonna be 30 in 3 months; that’s so crazy.
April was the best month of the year so far for me both writing-wise & business-wise because I finally got another sale through my store AND of my 3rd novel that I wrote. And I’m getting so close to completing the final edit of Thy Name Is Calamity: 5 or 6 chapters left, depending on how much I decide to rewrite.
Also, welcome new subscribers! If I haven’t sent you a welcome message yet, I’m sorry but feel free to send me one any time if you have questions or comments or just wanna say hi. I love getting to know fellow writers. Actually, if anyone’s interested, I’d love to start a virtual authors’ club so we can all share our writing/feedback, especially if you’re in Canada like me. Trying to start one in this facebook group, too, for authors in my province(BC) but so far nothing. Much like almost everything else.
This month, the goal is to finish my Arrow fanfiction so I can hopefully continue Thorned Mirror after. I did type Ch 1 & some of Ch 2 for a publication a few weeks ago--I don’t think they accepted it because I haven’t her nything back unfortunately-so I have to go from there. Maybe if I get 50k by November, I’ll enter a Novel November contest and finally publish gain. Maybe
Last but not least, I have a question for you, subscribers: not that I’m really counting on this ever making money, but what would convince any of you to become a paid subscriber?Or even just donate to my patreon one time? Because I could honestly use every source of income I could possibly get to afford my medical care, my rent and just all the basic things I need to live. Please let me know if you get a chance.
Thanks for reading and subscribing and happy early Mother’s Day to any moms out there.
Tara
